We design our fitness courses with the DFW and Dallas area resident in mind. Even those of us who are too busy to work out can see tremendous improvement and goal achievement from boot camp training. Everyone from the workout beginner to the athlete, from the stay at home mom or dad to the fitness enthusiast, and all levels of busy professionals in between can achieve weight loss, body fat loss, and muscle mass gains with our program. All camps are instructed by Nick Hooks and Ricky Omlin, both are nationally accredited certified trainers. The tools we provide are a great workout, a good challenge, proper motivation, group encouragement, and old fashioned hard work!      The Get It Together Boot Camp is fully committed to enriching the lives of our participants. Through healthy living, including regular exercise and quality nutrition, we have provided the Dallas area resident with a great opportunity to get in shape and stay in shape. Delivering the empowering knowledge of how to exercise and eat correctly is our focus, we want to see our communities strong and healthy for years to come!

WHO IS BOOT CAMP FOR?
     Boot camp training is for anyone who is willing to accept responsibility for the condition of their own life and body. That’s it. Our varied workout schemes are beneficial for beginners, busy corporate professionals, stay at home parents and even high level athletes. We’ve all seen guys that lift weights but never stretch or do cardio. Or ladies who do too much cardio but never strength train to build quality, fat burning muscle. Others may find themselves on a walking program and never challenge their anaerobic systems. Any of these and more scenarios are ideal candidates for boot camp training. All exercises can be progressed (made more challenging) or regressed (made less challenging) based on the individuals ability level. The young, the old, the big, the small, the rookies, and the veteran are all encouraged to come out. The “team” is your fellow participants. They are not there to set a standard that can’t be reached, make you envious, or question your abilities. The “team” is there for one reason, to encourage and lift you up when it gets tough. Accountability is utilized and relationship building is great for support networks amongst participants. If this sounds good - then boot camp is for you!

WHAT WE OFFER?
     
The program last six weeks, wherein we have eighteen hours of outdoor workouts. This means we workout for one hour three times per week. Days and times vary from each location. At the end of the six week period we take a two week break before starting up again. Each class is a lively power packed hour designed to push students while relieving stress and boosting energy levels through the roof! Because it is remarkably good at adapting, the body responds best to multiple stimuli that are constantly changing. We cover every aspect of training including flexibility, self myofascial release, strength, cardio, balance, stability, aerobic, and anaerobic exercises. This well rounded approach is best for improving your condition in the shortest period of time by addressing all major physical systems instead of one or two. A comprehensive study packet that outlines nutrition concepts in detail is also included with your boot camp registration. Since our workouts are rigorous, require open area, and lots of space they are performed outdoors and year-round. If we encounter precipitation at the time of a scheduled class meeting we will (a.) cancel the class if it is precipitating heavily and reschedule a make-up class during the two week break period, or (b.) hold our regular class meeting if there is moisture on the ground but it is not precipitating at that time. So if there’s water on the ground - we still throw down! If it’s up in the air - we wouldn’t dare!

The ideal of a well rounded group exercise course is a real achievement in the fitness industry. Offered at a very fair price, the convenience and effectiveness leave no room for excuses. $350 for first time registration (a one time cost) = $19.44 per hour class
$300 for nonconsecutive registration = $16.66 per hour class
$250 for consecutive registration (the best value) = $13.88 per hour class


WHAT TO BRING
When you come out you will need a few things with you. Be sure to bring an exercise mat, some drinking water, a towel, and your best attitude! You will get thirsty, and you will sweat! Oh, and you’ll want to leave your excuses at home!
